SGOC was founded in 2013 in response to frequent demands for an Owners Corporate Management Company to fill a void in the South Gippsland area.
In response, we place a high priority on responding promptly to enquiries and issues. To support this objective we have a substantial network of licensed and qualified tradespeople and service suppliers to assist in attending to matters quickly.

We ensure all accounts are managed according to best practice standards including collection of arrears, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring the prompt and accurate management of all owners’ corporation funds. We manage the regular investment of funds to meet anticipated future capital expenditure.
- Legislative Compliance
Our administrative processes and systems ensure that we provide service to customers that fully comply with owners corporation obligations under the Owners Corporation Act 2006 and Owners Corporation Regulations 2007.

We deliver prompt and efficient issuing of notices, minutes, and property circulars together with the handling of queries.
